    How does it work?

Our new consumer app reduces your admin burden, so you can focus on the more important tasks in your role.

In our first beta release of the new feature, we’ve developed new functionality to capture NTS material information (across parts A, B and C) easily from your customers.

It works in just a few simple steps:

    1. After the property is instructed, you’ll get notified that your customer has been emailed an invite to use the service.
    2. Your customer is then guided through the NTS form (handily, any info on the property record in Alto will be pre-filled).
    3. When your customer completes the form, you’ll get an alert in Alto.
    4. After that, give the information a quick review – we’ll highlight anything that doesn’t match up. Then, just save the information so the fields are populated before listing.

“This could be the best upgrade ever.”

    Frequently asked questions

No - this is free to use as part of your Alto subscription

No, you can control when and which properties are invited to use the form.

The invite banner shows whenever a property is instructed.

Yes, NTS material information also applies to lettings listings.

How do I know when an owner has completed the form?

None of the questions are mandatory, so the owner can skip the question and still send the information through to you.

Check if the owner has an email populated for person 1. This is currently needed for the invite page to load.

Only the assigned negotiator of the property will see the alert in their navigation bar – but other users can access it.
