Leading national estate agent Hunters joins Alto to accelerate ambitious plans for growth

- Six year agreement means that all of Hunters 200+ branches across England and Wales will use Alto until at least 2028
- The contract follows the launch of a new and improved Alto with a range of functionalities including a new API, tenant document sharing and new webinar style training
- Both Hunters and Alto commit to working together to develop a best in class software that meets the current and future needs of its franchisees
Alto, the leading cloud-based software for agents and part of Zoopla, is pleased to announce that Hunters, one of the UK’s leading estate agents and the latest acquisition by The Property Franchise Group (TPFG), has signed a six-year software contract.
All of Hunters 200+ branches, and any additional branches added to its network during the contract, will have access to Alto, while the product & tech teams of both businesses will work closely together to create software functionality to help Hunters achieve its ambitious plans for growth across both their sales and lettings operations. Roll-out of Alto has already started and will accelerate over the coming months to the entire Hunters network.
This new contract builds on a strong existing and long term relationship between the two parent brands, TPFG and Zoopla. Hunters along with a large proportion of other TPFG branches already list on Zoopla, with TPFG’s other national High Street brand, Martin & Co, using the Jupix software.
